"Heather was outstanding. An audiologist I had been seeing said it be $300.00 to send it in for repair. I knew it was the spear wire and receiver. VANCOUVER hearing aid center were fast, friendly, and very professional. They only charged me $175.00. That is quite a difference. It is worth the trip from Gresham to Vancouver. I am very impressed. THANK YOU. CONNIE was very patient and helpful on the phone."

"This place goes over and above with their customer service. I am so impressed on how well they have supported my mom's hearing aids even though she didn't even buy them there. And when we thought she needed something different they wouldn't up sale us and said what she had was working great. You can truly trust this place which cannot be said to often."
